About Daniel Pitlik

Daniel Pitlik takes staff development and training seriously…which is why he likes to create incredibly fun and relevant training programs, offsites and team buildings.

For more than twenty years, he has been a communications and management development consultant, providing practical, flexible solutions that allow clients to make needed changes and improvements with the greatest ease possible.

Daniel is known for bringing an energetic and insightful style that makes a positive and lasting impression on those who work with him. He likes rolling up his sleeves to design and deliver programs that help organizations accelerate employee growth and leverage the performance of working teams.

Serving as a trusted counselor and coach, Daniel has often been told he has a masterful way of getting past the “noise” and right to the heart of the matter. His creative, personable and non-judgmental approach allows him to reach virtually any audience; whether it is working one-on-one, speaking at a workshop, or on the big stage.

Prior to running his own consulting firm, he was a marketing and communications executive with two major, global communication firms (FleishmanHillard and Golin). There he consulted for numerous companies in areas including marketing communications, media strategy, corporate training, issues management, product introductions and community relations.

In addition to his pragmatic business background, Daniel offers his clients the benefits of his creativity. In his early days, he worked as a successful television animation writer for "Dennis the Menace," "The Care Bears," "Rainbow Brite" and "Ghostbusters."

A native of Boston, Daniel is a cum laude graduate of Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he received a B.A. in environmental studies and journalism. He has since continued with post graduate studies in management communications and organizational development.

In his spare time, he loves music, biking, gardening, tasty food, baseball … and an occasional afternoon nap.
